ORDERING INFORMATION

These tips are to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Please read through them to make sure your order placement goes smoothly. We communicate as much as possible with our customers during the order process and if at any time you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail.

Please pay close attention when filling in your information. Failing to do so will increase chance of error which will in turn delay shipment.
  • Billing & Shipping Information:
    • Carefully enter your billing and shipping information. Address corrections will delay your order and correction charges will be applied when necessary. Be sure to provide apartment and suite numbers when necessary.
      • If a package is shipped with incorrect or inadequate shipping information due to customer error the customer agrees to pay a $11.00 intervention fee. This is the fee UPS charges the shipper for intervention and address correction. MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFORMATION.
    • The billing address you provide must match the billing address for the credit card you are providing or your order will be delayed. Your credit card billing address is where you receive your credit card statement.
    • If your order is shipping to a commercial address you must include the business name.
  • Choosing your shipping method
    • We do our best to keep items in stock. Items that need to be ordered from Mercury typically take an extra day or two. We will contact you via e-mail to give you the status on items not in stock. In-stock orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours of order placement.
      • Very Important: We do our best to get out orders within the next 24 hours (business days only) after placement. We will honor your shipping method request - but that does not always mean that expedited shipping will result in arrival as promptly as you anticipate. Your chosen shipping time does not include processing time. Please allow 24-48 hour for processing. If we can't get your order to you within that reasonable time period we will contact you.
    • Oils & lubes are regulated materials and can only be shipped by UPS Ground service. If you choose an expedited shipping choice for an order containing these materials we will automatically change your entire order to UPS Ground shipping and we will not contact you first.
    • Fed Ex and UPS shipping options 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day are not guaranteed for Hawaii and Alaska. The shipping methods calculations for Hawaii and Alaska are generally more than shown and will be applied during processing.
    • Expedited shipping options are general estimates. Large packages may cost more to ship via expedited than what shows. If this is the case, we will give you a call to see how you would like to proceed.
  • Returns - There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned parts.
    Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of receiving the returned package. Please make sure you have tracking for the package. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to show on your account depending on the card or bank.
  • Please be sure to double check your order invoice and the parts you have received to be sure there are no mistakes as soon as you receive your package. If in the rare instance there is a mistake you have 7 days from date of shipment to bring it to our attention for correction.
